During the daily server restart procedure on July 31, we will be migrating our game servers for the ASIA region to another data center. This operation will change their IP addresses, which may cause connection issues for up to 24 hours (but they normally resolve within 1 to 3 hours).
If you experience these issues, you can try to force your router and OS to reset the DNS cache that stores previously obtained IP addresses:
If this doesn't help, it means your internet provider hasn't received the new IPs for our servers yet or has cached the old ones – you can contact their customer support and ask them to reset the DNS cache.
