On July 28, from 17:00 to 21:00 (JST), the servers will undergo maintenance to deploy the 2.1.8 update.

Update from the previous version: SD – 30.06 MB, HD – 2.53 MB (in addition to SD).

Aircraft

Update 2.1.8 introduces a new special reward aircraft:

This is a heavier version of the aircraft already in the game, equipped with two 20 mm cannons. You may add it to your Hangar within the in-game event dedicated to the Wargaming's birthday.

Bug Fixes

  • A bug with displaying aircraft characteristics when adding unique pilots to the crew has been fixed. Special skills of the "Master" series will now affect the characteristics of strictly defined aircraft in the Hangar.
  • The Aerodynamics Expect and Protection Expert skills performance has been fixed. Now these skills provide the correct bonus when installing the appropriate equipment.
  • The description of modules in the "Specialist" configuration of the Boeing B-29С Superfortress aircraft has been corrected.

Other

  • Added paint scheme, nose art, and emblem for the brand-new Polikarpov I-153P DM-4 fighter. These elements will also be available as a reward.
  • Added themed festive emblem dedicated to the Wargaming's birthday.
